An Evening Stroll
I've never been to Phoenix, when I arrived, I figured I would post up in the hotel and get a little bit of work done but when I looked outside and saw the gorgeous Desert landscape, I knew there was no chance. I went on a walk around the grounds and watched the sunset from a higher elevation than I'm used to. There's nothing quite like cacti standing several feet above you, the sound of gravel under your feet, and the sun setting on the mountains.
It's ironic I design interiors when I feel the most myself in nature. The golden, muted greens, and pink hues are bound to inspire my next interior project. After a few more days, I'll put together a digest of where to stay, what to eat, and what to do. So far, hikes are a must!
